Forgotten password, no access to linked device.
We have a number of iPads in a corporate environment where we do not have the Apple ID Password, we do have the AppleID. The phone number which is linked to the account is also no longer available to us.
Per information found online it says to setup a new device and select "forgot password" but all that does is send a notification to the linked devices on the account and provides no way to recover the account.
There must be some solution here.
