Cancel "Offer Up" premium service during the free trial period

Has anyone ever canceled "Offer Up" premium service during the free trial period and then found out months later they were billed $19.99 a month repetitively? I was and I wish it ended there...

I called Apple and asked them to help me cancel it and get a refund. I trusted they had. Well they say they don't even have a record of my calling in to cancel it. Guess what, not only did not I not get a credit, my subscription was re-instated and continued billing me when I thought I had it resolved. Criminal!!

Really? Whining? Don't be a tool!

I'm the customer and the one who was ripped off by an App that Apple sells and manages. What I had hoped to achieve by taking this time to communicate with you was to make things better! Is Apple acting ethically and do they demand the apps the sell and manage do the same! I don't need your sympathy or your bs. Good day!

Apple isn't here. Apple doesn't answer questions here. This is a user to user support forum. Everyone here is a volunteer. No one here can effect any changes that you may deem necessary.


I think that Apple is very ethical in its actions. I don't offer BS, I offer things as they are. In this forum I explain how the App Store(s) function. Some folks accept that, others act like pendejos.
