When trying to use the bootcamp utility, on the very first page, I get the message:
Boot Camp Assistant has encountered a problem An internal error has occurred.
I see this is a common issue without a common solution. Any ideas?

Switching off File Vault wasn't enough but then disconnecting my RAID drive (and then rebooting) did the trick. It's busy setting up Bootcamp now. Thanks @Loner T
Post the output of
diskutil list
If you have any external storage connected, you will get into trouble.
I'll try switching File Vault off first and see if that fixes the problem....duh
