I am using macOS Catalina Version 10.15.2 on my MacBook Pro (15-inch, 2018)
Since my upgrade to Catalina, my touch bar is slow to react and sometimes, especially with the volume, it opens the window but immediately closes it again. The arrow pointing to my fingerprint authentication is also working in slow motion.
Anyone with advice?

First boot into Safe Mode (Use Safe Mode to isoloate issues with your Mac and Playing Safe: what does Safe Mode do?) test the Touch Bar, reboot normally and test again.
NOTE: Safe Mode boot can take up to 10 minutes as it's doing some system cache cleaning, volume verifying and directory repairing.
Also download and apply the macOS Catalina 10.15.3 Combo Update and test again.
Have you run any "cleaning", "optimizing", "speed-up" or anti-virus apps? If so which ones?

The latest update (Version 10.15.3 (19D76) became available and I upgraded, fixing my problem.
