I forgot a passcode to Screen Time and I can’t reset or delete it, what do I do?

You restore the phone as described in this Apple support article—>If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support then do not restore a backup, because that will also restore the screen time passcode.
