Sudden passcode requiring !

I have i pad 6 which has no passcode,my 2 years old child was watching youtube, suddenly the i pad requested a passcode (alphanumeric mode) !! How could this happen?!, no way that a child can activate alphanumeric passcode and repeat it exactly twicely ??

Hello,

Unfortunately you must now fully restore your iPad to factory settings.

Please refer to the following Apple Support documents.

If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support

If you can't update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
