No, it's too late to do that. That feature only applies during the first 14 days after the date of purchase. You can trade in the one you have for credit towards the purchase of a new phone or you try selling it through the newspaper or eBay.

There are no Apple employees in this forum, only users of Apple products. We all volunteer our personal time trying to help others with technical advice. Either somebody will "chime in," or ask somebody at Apple Store in they can do trade in with new iphone.
