If you received an email about this purchase and it is not in your purchase history:

Identify legitimate emails from the App Store or iTunes Store

If you see 'itunes.com/bill' or an unfamiliar charge on your statement

If this is in your purchase history:

Request a refund for an App Store or iTunes Store purchase
