Phone is on loud. Not on silent. Try to make a call. The phone appears to make the call. Unable to hear anything, no ringing, no voice etc. Person at the other end receives my call but hears nothing. The only way I can make calls when this happens is to switch phone off and on again. Only started happening over the last few days. Not damaged the phone, not dropped the phone, not recently updated the phone. Any suggestions please? Thank you

I can receive and can hear all incoming calls, no problem. It is just making a call. This only happens a few times a day and then only way to overcome this is to turn phone off and on again. Bluetooth is turned off. No blocking of any outlet on the phone, all clean.
