From the pic that you posted, it is clear that Apple was unable to determine the Purchase date. You will need to contact Apple Support to get your iPhone's purchase date updated. This is important because it will determine the length of coverage on your iPhone.

The date the phone was first activated is not relevant. What is relevant is the date the phone's warranty status and the advice you were given from Axel to check your warranty coverage is all that matters.
