I have an outdated email address and unknown password on all my apple devices. How can I change this?

Enter the Apple (iCloud) ID and click Forgot Password.

I have had an outdated email on my Apple ID for years and can’t figure out what to do. My old password doesn’t work and I can’t have an email sent to me as the old email is deactivated. Any suggestions?
