Ads on Lock Screen

Hello everyone. I’ve been getting these weird ads on my lock screen and I don’t know where they’re coming from. But I’ve noticed that sometimes they appear after I receive a (borderline spam) message from some kind of retailer. And the text in this particular ad promotes my mobile provider.

Could this be some kind of a safety breach? I updated my iOS recently, but it still appears about once a month.
