I'm so annoyed that my Visa account is charged 399,000VNĐ ~ 17$ with App code 813668 - LL5422 payment code.
I do not use this app nor do I need to renew it. Request to return me this amount.

If you did get a mail with that information, and you did not buy anything, this might be a phishing mail and not from Apple.
