iPhone XR and a 12 yr old mis-behavior....

Hi, I need to have the ability to prevent my daughter from using her iPhone XR as a punishment for mis-behavior. its not always easy to physically take the iPhone away, and she keeps a lock on. Right now i think she is using face recognition and, can i do it that thru my iPad???
