Why didn't I get a loaner phone?

I'm sending my iPhone 11 in due to it having something defective with the haptic engine, where you shut haptics off and they are still on. Anyways, I was told by AT&T that when I send my phone in to get serviced that they would send a box back with a loaner phone to use in the meantime. Like it is not my fault that your phone did not work like it was suppose to, not to mention I am paying tons of money for the phone. They sent a box, but no loaner. I am just suppose to go without a phone for a week?!

Ask AT&T. They are the ones who told you that you would get a loaner, not Apple.

Apple does offer loaner phones, but only if you ask Apple about one. And you must sign a loaner agreement before they will give you one. AT&T is not Apple, so unless you contacted Apple and requested a loaner from them, one will not be forthcoming.

You may have read that, but that's not relevant in this case.

Ask whoever told you that you would get a loaner where it is.
