If you cancelled a subscription within 48 hours or so of the renewal, you can still be charged. You can use this like to ask for a refund, but that may not be approved. Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support

You already said that you got billed for it. Only Apple can answer that question. We are users just like you and have no access to that information.
