How do I delete the Breathe app?

I've turned off Breathe notifications. It still pops up with its patronising little instruction at every opportunity. How do I delete the Breathe app?

Just like on iPhone. Tap and old on the Breath app and when everything starts jiggling, tap the X that appears.
