hello, i just bought a new iphone and is using the trade-in program to trade in my old iphone but i decided that i dont want to trade in my old phone anymore because i want to give it to my niece? do i just not send it back and it'll just cancel by itself? what do i do?

In that case, you may just want to contact them again to let them know that you won’t be returning your phone so you will not need a gift credit issued.

We’re you given a credit for trading in the old phone to decrease the cost of the new one? If so, you would need to contact the place where you got the phone to let them know that you decided not to trade it in so that they can adjust the cost of the new one for you.
No I paid it in full. Apple said they’ll give me a refund once they receive my old iphone.
