Go to the note you want to lock, Press “Share” and scroll down until you see “Lock Note” or something related to that and press it. To unlock it, you can use your finger print, Face ID, and Password.

Hi, thanks for that. However it is scrolling through the gif too quickly. Any chance of a text version of this please? Prior to the latest update to iOS I could lock any notes that I had created, now it's gone!

Thanks, I finally found out where to go and add the lock. Don't know why it was shifted in the last update!
