I changed my Apple ID password and now it will not let me update an app in App Store because the Apple ID has changed since I downloaded the app. Can anyone help me with this, please?

The Apple ID password is not tied to downloads, though the Apple ID account is.
Is this particular app associated with a different Apple ID?
Because that’ll cause this behavior.
