Can i change default text color from black on picture mark-ups on XR

I want to change DEFUALT color from black so I do not have to change it on every photo.

iPhone XR, iOS 13

On some images it is easier to get the white balance correct with a white background. Can i change the background color in edit screen from black to white? I'm using the latest version of Photos.
