Custom Video Ringtone
Is there a way to make a video a ringtone? Can I make it an audio file and then make it a ringtone?

Check out YouTube, somebody made video how to make custom ringtones. I do not have link, you on your own.

Can you give me a step by step in how to do that? I have no clue how to work either of those applications.
Yes if you have GarageBand and iMovie. You can detach audio from video on iMovie and use it as ringtone using GarageBand.
