I just bought a refurbished iPhone X and the camera noise won’t turn off. I don’t think I can turn it off for my normal camera but does anyone know how to turn it off on Snapchat? And if I take my phone into the Apple store will they be able to fix it?

There are many countries where putting camera shutters to silent is illegal (e.g. Japan)
Hence if you have bought an iPhone from Japan or any of these countries, you cannot put it off, it has been designed specific for the country
For example: Model Number ---> MWHM2J/A - "J" indicates it is designed for Japan
No there is no way. It is designed for the legal requirement for that particular country.
Is there any way you can change your phone from Japanese to Australia?
