Apple Classroom not working
Hi Everyone,
We are having trouble getting Apple Classroom to work in our school environment. It was working perfectly until users updated to iOS 13.3. The Teacher opens the Classroom App and all groups are populated with Student names, but you cannot connect to any Students Devices, they all appear as offline.
Teacher and Student devices are running iOS 13.3. I have noticed that if you use a device pre iOS 13 (iOS 12 or 11), Apple Classroom sees the device and enables you to connect to it. So clearly there is an issue with iOS 13.3. Teachers are using iPad 9.7" first generation (a handful have newer, but it still doesn't work) and students are using iPad 5th & 6th Generation.
Is there a problem with iOS 13.3 and Apple Classroom? We have the latest version of the Classroom App installed on the Teachers iPad's. I have tried removing all profiles and starting again, but it makes not difference. Bluetooth is enabled, Air Plane mode disabled. Devices have been tested on same network but no luck.
Does anyone have any ideas of how to resolve this?
Many Thanks,
James
