Downloaded video in Files

I downloaded a video on my iphone in "files", my iCloud is full and I want to transfer it to my PC. However, I cannot find the folder when connected to iTunes. I followed the steps as mentionned on the support page from Apple (https://support.apple.com/nl-be/guide/iphone/iphf2d851b9/ios), but the Files app is not in the "Files sharing" tab. Any one who can help me out?
