Did you verify, that those where from Apple, and you have checked the purchase history?
If yes, and the bills have not been from different months, you can contact Apple to request a refund:

When I'm getting charged for my Apple Music subscription, Apple will send me an official mail with a receipt attached, even if they deduct that from my credit card in case there is not enough iTunes Gift card credit left, and I have forgotten to top it up in time.
You should contact Apple Support directly about that. Only they can look into your personal details and settings.
