I forgot my password to open my pdf file. my apple password isn't the same to open it, how do i open it if its not the same as my apple password?

btw, it says its encrypted...i even changed my apple password, its still the same

You don't. If you encrypted the PDF and don't know the password, you can't open it. That's the entire point of encryption.
