Deleting text group contacts

How do I delete text groups from my suggestions? Trying to send a text to one person who is in many text groups is way too complicated. I have deleted the messages to those groups. Sometimes the things Apple thinks are helpful really just clog up the process. So easy to accidentally send a private message to a group instead of one individual. The group should disappear when the message does.

How to get rid of suggested clusters of groups when starting a New Message?? So you go into Messages and went to compose a new one, and start typing in the ONE person you want to text, and about 20 clusters of grouped together numbers came up with that ONE person in those groups. (Evidently they are stored numbers and contact groups of recent group messages you have been a part of with this ONE person in that same text group). Is there really no way to turn this off or keep them from popping up? By the time you scroll through the mess of stored numbers and contact groups that have been saved from messages - it's just a big pain. there is no way to do that that I know of.
