Well you didn't look hard enough. It is NOT safe.
You are about to give the author of the certificate virtually complete control over your phone.
If this is a corporate management profile, ask your IT department.
If you downloaded it so you could side load an app from outside of the App Store, you REALLY DO NOT want to install it...
