Characters appear broken

I use an icloud.com email address, and the Hungarian characters appear broken, which are not in the english alphabet. And these characters are replaced with “*”. What can I do in this case?

It could be a problem with the senders system. MS Exchange is famous for messing up encodings. Go to View > Message > Raw Source and paste the subject line here. Also the line further down which says Content Type: Charset=

I am talking about the characters in the texts of mail. The subject is unreadable, since there are question marks and random characters instead of accentuated letters. In the main part of the mail are “*” in that places. This problem appeared just from only one sender yet. I am using this account only 2 months, I did not received another wrong mail yet. But I tried I receive the mail in my gmail account correct. So I thought on the character coding, but I did not found any option to set it up.
