refund

I have this one app,its called "Trim & Cut Video: Edit Videos" and i truely didn't realize that i had made a subscription for premium for this app. My RM11.90 has been charged for this subscription. I really need a refund to that. I've tried to make a refund by using the "report a problem" but they wont give me the refund

Click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund.
