So I purchased an album and it automatically downloaded as an m4a file. The tracks are listed in my library, but they have no download icon for some reason (all my others do). I contacted support about it nearly a week ago and haven't heard back.
Any suggestions?

You should be able to burn m4a files to a CD. But if you really want to convert them to mp3 files, then see:
Yes, but the tracks are packed into an m4a file. I can play the tracks in iTunes or the default Windows music player, but I don't have the individual mp3 files to use with other apps or maybe burn to a CD.

If the tracks have been downloaded, the download icon will not appear. The tracks are in your library on your computer.
