Insert Page Numbers in Textbook Template

So I'm writing up a project with the Textbook template in Pages, but it won't allow me to insert page numbers (other than by doing it page by page in an actual line of text instead of a header).

Is there an easier way to do this?

I've tried the whole starting a new section bit and trying to click the heather option on the document toolbox and that doesn't work.
