All my bandwidth gets used up in a short amount of time, when I look at what is using it, iCloud has the highest usage with over 150gb used.
I just replaced my phone 2 months ago.
I thought it might just be that my phone is still reinstalling all the data from my previous phone but it is using more bandwidth than the total memory that is on my iCloud Drive.

You mentioned this started after getting a new iPhone. When you go to Settings > Tap Account > iCloud > iCloud Backup, do you see a restore still in progress? If you'd like to take a look at what is being stored in your iCloud, and how to manage it, check out: Manage your iCloud storage - Apple Support
If you're still experiencing high data usage, and the restore has already completed, we'd recommend that you Contact Apple Support.

From my understanding, your cellular data has a larger amount of data being used by iCloud Drive, and I’d be happy to assist!
First, let’s go to Settings > Cellular > iCloud Drive, is that enabled? If so, your iPhone can transfer documents and data via cellular which would include any changes made to documents throughout this time. If you would like your iPhone to only transfer that data when connected to Wi-Fi, I’d recommend disabling that feature.
If the same thing occurs after disabling that feature, Contact Apple Support.

My phone is using all my wifi bandwidth when connected to a phone charger.
I did just replace my phone so I am guessing that it is redownloading all my previous backup but it has taken 150GB so far which is 3 months worth of wifi for me.
I am now scared to have my phone charging and on wifi incase it keeps on using the rest of this months wifi data.
Is there a way to see what was previously being downloaded under the heading icloud?
