Purchase can not be completed.

Hi. I’m in Australia and I’m trying to make purchases for my son on Roblox. He wants to purchase Roblox dollars.

Purchases have worked previously but as of last week it’s stating that purchases can’t be completed and to contact iTunes.

what am I doing wrong?
