Message sharing no longer working since last update to IOS 13.3.1

My messages on my iPhone are no longer being shared with my iPad and my iMac despite the settings being clearly set to sharing with both devices. I’ve never had any problems with this until yesterday when I accepted to install the update. I can no longer sent either iMessages or texts from either device either, only from the iPhone, despite all settings being exactly the way they should be: sharing with phone number and email address are selected in Settings/Messages/Send & Receive.
