Inquiry on "Your purchase could not be completed"

Hi! I would like to purchase some in app currency for a game im currently playing, but It wouldnt allow me to purchase from the app even tho I have linked my credit card. It states that my purchase could not be completed. How could I solve this problem? Thanks!

If it also says to contact iTunes Support you solve it by doing as instructed and contacting iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Get Support down the page)
