From what I understand is that you want to know if there is a way to automatically delete junk mail on iOS. Currently there isn't a way to set this up using an iOS device. You may want to look into the options your email provider has. For example, iCloud Mail has an option to delete after a certain amount of days: Manage junk mail in Mail on iCloud.com
"Important: Because messages in the Junk folder are automatically deleted after 30 days, periodically check the Junk folder for messages that were mistakenly marked as junk".
There is no option to delete immediately however, for something like this to be available on iOS, I would suggest leaving feedback here: Feedback
