I changed the credit card number for Apple Pay yet it uses the old one I deleted! How do I fix this?

Where was the purchase made? If it was for the App or iTunes Store, did you also remove the old card from your Apple ID payment as well?
Thanks I found it! Had to also delete purchase and payments card as well
That’s what I am telling you ,I did all that! My old card was deleted completely but Apple Pay still uses it! I set new card to default and it still uses the old card!
