I recently upgraded from an iPhone 7 Plus to an iPhone 11. The device name, once I upgraded, is still calling my new phone the iPhone 7. I have changed the name of the phone in settings, but under my Apple ID it lists all the devices and still calls my iPhone 11 the iPhone 7. How do I change the name of my iPhone to the new iPhone that it is?

I understand from your post that your new iPhone 11 shows the iPhone 7 name. While you have changed the name of the iPhone 11 in settings, the name remains the same when you look under your Apple ID. If you have changed the name of your iPhone 11 as instructed in the first article below then try restarting your iPhone.
