Resetting passcode
I am trying to enter new cc # to update account to maintain my 200 bites. They sent me an email while I was in process of getting new card. I cannot for the life of me get past the passcode that has worked before

Are you saying that you cannot get into your iPhone, as if you have forgotten your passcode? Then you will need to restore the iPhone to remove the passcode, then you can restore to your latest backup.
