AppStore & iTunes disabled

i try to update an app & it says my account is disabled in the AppStore & iTunes. I can still download apps just not update them. I need HELP

iPhone 11 Pro Max, iOS 13

According to: If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support

"When you see the message, don't try to edit any of your account information. Instead, contact Apple Support for help."
