Color problem on iPad Air 2

After loading an app I noticed that the apple application keyboard and email are now light gray instead of black. The app icons the blues are now red and my photos have shiny streaks of color. I have tried everything suggested and an apple adviser has reloaded from I cloud and

i still have the color issue. Saw similar issues but wonder what the fix was. Please help.

Hello,

iPad Air 2 was released over 6 years ago which means that it won't be supported for too much longer. If I had to guess, Apple will drop support for this iPad model in the next few years. My personal recommendation would be to checkout some of the newer iPad modes. Apple's new iPad (7th generation) offers a larger display, better speakers, larger storage capacities, and will be supported for many more years. It also works with Apple Pencil and Apple's Smart Keyboard.

Hello,

I was wanting a photo of the device itself. I do not see anything wrong with the screenshots/photos you have posted which leads me to believe that your iPad is experiencing a hardware malfunction. It sounds like your iPad's display is failing. You will need to take the device into an Apple retail location to be repaired or setup a mail order repair with an AppleCare representative.

Hi there,

That sounds familiarthe advisor from Apple last night ran along side my computer and she only saw my keyboard bo looking gray but not al on her screen and she said she saw the apps in the correct color opposite from what I saw. We live in a remote location without

an Apple store close by. But I have heard that the Best Buy store 35 miles away now does repair on Apple products. My iPad is an Apple air 2. , 64 k I think it was 4 years old at Christmas.

Thinking about the cost factor wondering if it might be wiser to purchase another iPad and have my information from iCloud moved over to a new iPad, what do you think?
