cannot send web link via text on iPhone 7 to a group. Yes I looked at the supposed answer Apple put up & followed every step. Of course this starts right after I updated to iOS 13.3.1. So mad

Are you able to send the web links when sending to a single contact? If so, and it's only an issue with the group message, try deleting the thread and creating it again to see if that resolves the issue.
