I’ve backed up my iPhone cleared storage and still won’t let me update to iOS 13 I just want dark mode

I read that all iPhone 11 and down including iPhone 6s which I have can get iOS 13 , I read all the iOS overviews and checked the apple website where it shows and helps me with moving on to downloading 13, but ur the expert and I guess I can’t thank you for the response
What is the model number in Settings>General>About?
The 6s can run iOS 13. The 6 can not.
iOS 13 is not meant for iPhone 6. (As per your profile)
