Problem with apple cash

Hi, when everytime i add money to my account it says here,

please tell me any solution to this?

Try signing out of your Apple ID and back in. Then make sure your Apple ID region is set correctly to USA (Change your Apple ID country or region - Apple Support) and make sure the region on your device is correct (Settings>general>language & region - set to your region)

Hi, thankyou for reply unfortunately i still got same problem, i did restart my phone, i did log out my apple ID and logged in back, i also relink my cards etc
