iCloud video file sharing

I have recently archived a stack of old videos onto my iCloud account. Most of them are in excess of 15 minutes long.

When I try to share them with the Family Sharing feature, I seem to be limited to 15 minute clips.

Is there any way around this, or am I missing something obvious?
