I need to load the 64 bit version of iTunes for windows. My anti virus Norton tells me the site is unsafe. How can I get over this problem?
You’re complaining to the wrong folks.
Norton likely has a false positive.
Contact the Norton support folks.
I’d likely here replace Norton with Windows Defender, and try again.
Add-on anti-virus is a trash fire on all platforms, unfortunately.

Did you download it from the Microsoft Store? This article has more information about how to Update to the latest version of iTunes
