Sim activation failed

Your phone is carrier locked. You need a SIM card from that carrier and then ask them to unlock your phone

Use the Contact Support link at the top right corner of every page here (knowing your iPhone's serial number and IMEI). Apple Support may be able to help you, in order to contact the carrier which that device is locked to.
