When I enter one site to watch a full version of video from instagram there appeared a message that my IPhone is infected by viruses from 4 different sites.How can I check whether it is true or not?And if yes then what should I do to get rid of them?

It is not true. All such messages are scams. Close the offending page, and avoid sites that are involved in such bogus advertising tactics.
